We’ve reached a major milestone—our minimum viable product (MVP) for content migration is complete. We highlighted this achievement at our recent customer conference, and it marks the beginning of a broader transformation in how we manage and deliver content.
We’ve migrated all priority content into our Learning Content Management System (LCMS), which moves us closer to centralized, scalable content management. Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are now reviewing the content to validate accuracy.
Next, we’re shifting focus to API documentation. We’ll start by importing the current content and tagging styles. In the future, we’ll conduct a deeper quality review to identify gaps. These insights will shape our iterative enhancement backlog and support ongoing improvements.
We’re also refining our visual content standards. This includes testing how screenshots display in the new environment to ensure they follow our updated guidelines. These results will inform the final standards and support our broader content optimization efforts.
At the same time, we’re working to reduce redundancy and improve consistency. A recent report of all topics laid the foundation for a content audit to help us start to identify and merge duplicates. This work will streamline the repository and improve discoverability.
We’re also developing a strategy to improve accessibility. This includes adding internal links and alternative text for images. All topics will undergo an additional review to ensure accurate metadata tagging.
Each of these efforts supports our shift from content migration to transformation. With the foundation in place, we’re continuing to refine our content to make it more accessible, consistent, and ready for the future. Stay tuned for more updates as we optimize and innovate. If you’re navigating a similar transformation, we’d love to hear what’s working for your team.
