ReD Shield Merchant Fraud Prevention clients currently using Customer Service Interface-1 (CSI-1), which is now being retired, are being transitioned to CSI-2.
CSI-2 offers a more streamlined way to search, analyze, and manage transactions through the fraud screening process and contains an integrated dashboard, multiple click and block functionality, and new queue management tools.
As one of the original ReD team members who helped create CSI-2, document its functionality, and train colleagues and clients, Tara was approached by the CSI-2 project manager and Learning Services to provide historical information and review the existing training materials from Learning Services to equip them to complete their work in 2018. Tara also agreed to help Project Management with the migration.
